Charter Inclusions

Please check your invoice for inclusions and exclusions of your yacht charter.

Important Information

The Thai Marine Department enforces strict maritime regulations, and violations may result in fines. We reserve the right to pass on any such fines to guests if they arise from non-compliance or disregard for Marine Department regulations, which are enforced by our Captain and Crew.

  • Guest Identification:
    All guests must carry original identification:
  • Tourists: Original passport
  • Residents: Passport, Thai ID, Failure to provide valid ID may result in fines, in accordance with our damage waiver agreement.
  • Conduct & Safety:
  • Abuse of alcohol, drug use or reckless behavior may lead to fines or immediate termination of the charter without refund.
  • Life jackets must be worn when instructed by the crew, especially during weather warnings.
  • Littering in the sea is illegal and strictly prohibited.
  • Jumping off the yacht while in motion is forbidden and will result in immediate charter termination.
  • Jet Ski and other water sports may only be booked through us. Third-party providers are not permitted due to insurance restrictions.

Guest Count

Final guest numbers must be confirmed before the charter and cannot exceed the registration number under any circumstances.  Infants and children are included in the number of people on board regardless of age.

Catering Policy

  • Final catering numbers must be confirmed the night before the charter.
  • Full charges apply for any cancellations or amendments after this point.

Children Policy

  • Our Captain and crew are responsible for vessel navigation and safety and are not responsible for childcare.
  • Guests under 21 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
  • Children under1 year of age are not permitted on board.

Dress Code

All guests must remove footwear before boarding. Comfortable attire is recommended.

Damage Waiver & Liability

  • Some vessels will require a credit card pre-authorization (or equivalent cash deposit) before boarding. This will be refunded at the end of the trip unless used for damages or additional services.  
  • If damage is caused by a guest, the client will be informed within 24 hours. A professional contractor will issue a formal quote, which will be charged to the card on file.
  • Additional cleaning charges may apply if required after your trip.
  • Any Marine Department fines due to guest actions will be charged to the lead charterer.
  • We are not liable for any losses, accidents, injuries, or fatalities that may occur.
  • No pets or animals are allowed on board.
  • Smoking inside the yacht is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate charter termination.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Mechanical failure
  • Coast Guard restrictions or new regulations

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Fee Policy:

  • Please check your contract and pay close attention to your cancellation policy.  In some cases charters are non-refundable – please ask for more details or if you have any questions.

Captain’s Authority

Our Captains and Crew are licensed professionals. Their decisions are final and must be respected. Any anti-social, abusive, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate charter termination without a refund and may lead to prosecution.

Online Payment Terms

We reserve the right to charge the cardholder for any damages or policy violations.

Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard in Thai Baht and additional 3.5% will be charged for this payment method

Payments are also accepted in Thai Baht to our Business Account with no extra fees

Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on our website.
